Frantic Mom Flavored Chicken 🍗

I start all of my chicken recipes the same way which is as follows:

Boil and season (with beef bouillon and onions) your chicken before frying it. This makes your meat tender and locks in the flavor. Do this to any meat you cook for the same effect.

After boiling your chicken you simply place it in an oven-friendly dish and pour your BBQ sauce all over it. I recommend diluting the BBQ sauce with water or broth (oily) because it’s pretty concentrated.

I sprinkle an herb, such as basil, to make the dish look fancy (compare my photos above) over the sauce and bake it for 20 minutes.

This dish goes well with any green vegetable, rice and/or sweet potatoes!
