One weekend I was in my laundry room folding clothes and I suddenly started perspiring and feeling extremely hot. Right away I asked one of my girls to get some water for me. After drinking 4 cups of water, I felt revived.
Ladies I took something away from this experience. I learned something. We are busy doing all kinds of chores and tasks around the house but these activities are so routine to us that we do not view them as exercise. We don’t equate the energy exertion associated with these activities with that of completing a workout at the gym. If we think about it though, we expend the same or more energy just doing our mom duties. Given this, we must keep our bodies properly hydrated!
